Annual activity report
Finalised on 1 October 2025, the acquisition of Saba expanded Interparking’s international footprint across 14 European countries, with operations also extending to Chile. This enlarged platform supports a more integrated approach to mobility solutions and continued network growth. During the year, many car parks were opened in most of our geographies, enhancing proximity to users. Sustainability performance also progressed, with a GRESB score of 97%.

Interparking Group boosts GRESB score!
Interparking has increased its GRESB score from 92% to 97%, marking a positive evolution in our sustainability reporting. The GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) evaluates real estate companies based on their performance in environmental, social, and governance areas. This progress reflects our ongoing efforts to optimize our operational performance. We are pleased with this step forward and thank our team and partners for their contribution.
